“Unit 3708 Pros: Thick walls Good views Excellent staff Cons: Can hear a bit of the 7 train noise”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Nicely managed Good location and amenities Cons: Have like five construction sites around the building”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Men at front desk and worker men in building very nice Cons: Poop on the ceiling. Elevators always broken. All bathroom in gym and sky lounge always close. Many people smoking cigarette and marijuana in building. Television in lounges always broken. Too much construction inside and outside building. My face cream go missing. Advice to landlord: No more poop on ceiling and very expensive for old building”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Unit 326 Pros: Handymen respond within the day or next day. Super friendly front door people. Great amenities. Cons: Lots of amenities have issues. Example: the electronic key system to access the amenities areas are not calibrated so it will only be open an hour after the area is supposed to be open. Some doors don't work at all. The Peleton bikes in the gym have issues that aren't fixed. Advice to landlord: Should give vouchers to residents given that many amenities have issues.”
“Pros: Maintenance was quick; clean building; nice amenities Cons: Wish they allowed full flex walls”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Good management Easy transportation Good gym Cons: High rent High electricity Advice to landlord: Lower the price”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Unit 510 Pros: Only positive things to share after one year living at Linc. The people are what make this apartment building special - the doormen are extremely kind and considerate, often greeting us by name and being incredibly helpful. Maintenance responds to tickets quickly and efficiently and the building is very well maintained. We have no complaints and wish we could afford to stay longer - would highly recommend Linc!!! Cons: I found a cockroach once or twice, in one year Advice to landlord: Thank you!”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Good management, quiet, clean, responsive Cons: Neighbors can feel impersonal at times”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Nice amenities, clean facilities, amazing doormen Cons: It took a while for them to update me into the tenant system because I had replaced my roommate’s previous roommate. The doorman requested the housing office to do it when I moved in, took like two months for the housing office to actually execute.”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Friendly staff. Great location. Next to food cellar and all restaurants Cons: RUDE neighbors, a lot of spoiled kids with rich parents who are still going to school. Very obnoxious manners. Expect your repair request to delay at least 2 weeks before it’s fixed. So far, I have exchanged the AC, drier, dishwasher… and let’s see what’s broken next Advice to landlord: Update your facility. Be more selective of who you rent it to, and treat your long time renters nicer!”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Staff is the best! And apartment is good quality for the price Cons: Wish there were common areas”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: reliable and consistent. Cons: pushy leasing office. unreliable doorman (targeting foreign residents for tips or otherwise funny attitude, and stuffs at front desk getting lost).”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: * staff is super nice and responsive to issues Cons: * some units are a little dated”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: - Love the doormen for the most part (except for the building manager and his lil posees). There’s def politics going on there. - Perfect location. Near major subway lines Lots of great new restaurants nearby - Street parking isn’t as terrible as other areas in lic Cons: - Subpar amenities. During covid, there were a lot of restrictions but even after a year, use of rooftop is limited. Couldn’t bring more than 2 guests per resident. - ugly parquet floors and outdated kitchen - Beware of move out process. They will try to nickel and dime you. Advice to landlord: Treat your employees better. Replace the building manager. Some of my fav doormen left because of him”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: clean in LIC good gym Cons: moving in/out process”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Nice building with balconies Cons: Barely any parking in the area”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Nice doormen and staff; apartment well maintained Cons: Heat and AC units don’t always function well; the apartment is always way too hot in summer”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: I've had no issues at all with the management or apartment itself. Noise levels completely reasonable, the heating is really good. Cons: Nothing yet! Lets hope it stays that way🤞🏽 Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Close to subways and easy to get to just about anywhere in the city. Building is kept very clean and COVID Protocols are in place. Most neighbors are following the mask rules. Amenities are great and the 31st floor deck has stunning views of the Manhattan Skyline. Apartments are very spacious compared to the competition in the area. Staff is very friendly and building manager is very helpful. Cons: Floors in the apartments could use an upgrade. Gym equipment is pretty old, still has connectors for iPods, who even still has one? (Equipment is usable and well maintained but a nice building like this should have more modern equipment) Advice to landlord: Building is well run and maintained. Some community events would be nice, maybe after COVID is done.”
— 43-10 CRESCENT STREET · Queens“Pros: Doormen are friendly, helpful, and absolutely wonderful. Great maintenance staff as well. Cons: Landlord (large, corporation that owns multiple buildings in LIC and Manhattan) is pretty horrible - raises rent and charges fees at every opportunity. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants and staff better.”
