“Pros: Great location, safe, easy and clean garbage area, well-maintained walk up and lobby area, no issues with packages or mail. Cons: Our individual unit has issues and we have had NO response from Blueground. The phone just disconnects every time you call and they don't respond to messages in the app or emails. Advice to landlord: Blueground - respond to your tenants!!!”
— 120 CHRISTOPHER STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Location. Micro home. Cons: Very thin walls / can hear neighbor. Should have paid to reduce sound 20x. Cheap of them & thoughtless. Smoke smells in building from bar below. Noise and music at night near ground floor from bars. Bar is connected to building lobby with many stray people in building from bar, would never have anything delivered here.”
— 118 CHRISTOPHER STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great location. The common spaces (hallways, stairs, etc.) are kept in clean and good condition. Feels pretty safe. In my unit, amenities such as in-unit washer-dryer and dishwasher were a big plus. Cons: Management is extremely unresponsive and not handled well. Had to wait several months for work requests such as broken appliances to be fixed. Experienced some rodents/insects (a mouse and some cockroaches).”
— 120 CHRISTOPHER STREET · Manhattan“Unit 15 Pros: Great location and every week they are there cleaning the hallways and stairs. Brandon is super great and always friendly Cons: Raised rent a ton and the curling leaked in our apartment and took months to fix”
— 120 CHRISTOPHER STREET · Manhattan“Unit 9 Pros: The high ceilings, the crown molding, the exposed brick, washer dryer in unit and small outdoor space Cons: Old building, the radiators aren't big enough to heat the entire apartment - space heaters required in the winter months, rats in the garbage area, mice seen in the hallways/apartment, some apartments have new appliances but others don't - old appliances break down constantly and the building management group will not replace Advice to landlord: Be less of a slum lord”
— 118 CHRISTOPHER STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Location is great. Everything else terrible. Cons: Non responsive management. Psychopathic tenant on the 3rd floor. Frequent police calls. Homicide on the 5th floor. Rats in the backyard, leaking roofs, not enough heat. STAY AWAY!!!!! Plenty of other properties around. Do not rent from Centennial properties, formerly 9300 Realty. Advice to landlord: Hire more professional managers. Less buildings for the supers and proper staffing. Pay them accordingly. And pay the contractors who perform work.”
— 120 CHRISTOPHER STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Cleaned daily, supers have been fantastic and responsive, and neighbors are quite pleasant and quiet Cons: There's a skylight in my living room which renders the heat upwards of 80 degrees in the summer as well as water damage from being on the top floor; I've reached out 5 times (and counting) and haven't heard a word from the building manager. Do not recommend leasing from Centennial, the new property managers. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants.”
