“Pros: Extremely responsive management, great staff, well sized apartments, community events, free amenities Cons: Very family orientated (pro or con to certain people)”
— 1133 MANHATTAN AVENUE · Brooklyn“This building used to be so wonderful… until this new building manager Rosy Rivera took over. The increase in dog pee is forgivable…and “Rosyâ€ÂÂ would only blame the staff anyway. But it’s the harassment that gets under my skin - slumlord stuff you only hear about. I lived there for a while and never thought I’d leave, but then it happened. It’s not just the tenants suffering under Rivera, it’s the remarkable staff too. It’s sad someone made the mistake of hiring Rosymar, because the owners had done quite well…until now. Keep an eye on this building to buy/ rent soon bc this “ building managerâ€ÂÂis running it into the ground. They’ll probably be some deals here soon - just sucks for the investors.”
“Pros: Very responsive when there’s an issue Cons: Views obstructed on roof due to adjacent construction”
— 1133 MANHATTAN AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: This building has many families and a vibrant community. Cons: Poor maintenance of property. The courtyard wood has rotted. Management does the bare minimum when maintenance requests are made. Advice to landlord: Put building maintenance in your budget and stop using the term luxury.”
— 1133 MANHATTAN AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Amazing management & staff. Great amenities (roof deck, gym etc), great neighbors & fun neighborhood.. Building is impeccably maintained, an incredible place to live! Cons: There’s nothing not to like.”
