MARSEILLES LEASING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP · avg 3.5 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: the porters and door staff are the very best...they will go out of their way to help and frankly they are the ones that get things done.. The super is hard to reach, has banker hours, and is basically a title and nothing more... its a shame because the previous super Christian was AMAZING, this guy doesnt respond to anything, he is like a ghost for the most part Cons: my have lived here since the 70's.... people envied living here back then..it has since become progressively worse as the years go by... leak everywhere in the corridors to the elevators, basement not kept clean, laundry rooms a mess, slow to never response times, mice waterbugs...and worst of all they are renting to homeless people with zero screening and its becoming project like, the hanging out in the parks drinking etc... its truly disgusting. Advice to landlord: CLEAN UP AND GET THIS PLACE BACK TO WHAT IT USED TO BE”
— 98-05 67 AVENUE · Queens“Unit 9A Pros: The building staff is great and it is a very safe neighborhood. Easy access to Austin Street and the subway. Cons: Management increases rent every year and doesn’t follow HPD guidelines. You have to fight to get a fair increase. Contracts are not transparent. It says the apartment is not rent stabilized but it is. Very shady. Advice to landlord: Be clear on your contracts.”
