Bed bug infestation of at least 8 apartments from July-November of 2018. 1 super for a building with 47 units. Trash upkeep is absolutely disgusting. Common areas are cleaned once every two months, at best...it’s honestly truly terrible and if you want to avoid living in a crumbling infested building with the most frustrating interactions with management...don’t live here. Editing to add that the building is registered under the non-residential address on Rogers (it’s a corner building). So when looking up violations with HPD, look for 779 Rogers Ave. Advice to landlord: Don’t be a land lord, you’re either terrible at this or you lack basic human decency.”
