“Pros: Convient Location, Parking. Cons: No heat. Broken Elevators. Broken Dryers and Washing Machines that have been broken for almost a year. Constantly turning the water off for "repairs." Workers pick and choose who they will provide good service too and who they will give an attitude to. Advice to landlord: Actually Manage the property”

“Pros: I like to have my own parking space. Cons: I don’t like how the building is infested with roaches and mice. The trash gets packed throughout the day in the incinerator. The staircase has a foul odor and it’s never cleaned. Advice to landlord: Please hire people who are certified and knows how to clean.”
