— 320 EAST 23 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 15H Pros: Building is well maintained, doorman are friendly and responsive. Maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. Rent increases have been minimal and the apartment itself is great. Cons: Some things are done pretty cheap, the floors tub and countertops were just painted over. Over time paint has chipped which looks bad. There are some very obnoxious older residents who complain about TV noise, but overall not too bad. Advice to landlord: Window cleaning for rented apartments would be amazing”
