“Unit 2nd floor Pros: Well run and maintained building. In the park which is amazing. Nice staff. Cons: Too far from subway! Don’t love walking under the overpass during a rain storm. Rents are high.”

“Pros: Loved being in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Huge windows and amazing views and natural light! Excellent and attentive building staff. Well maintained and clean building. Many options and configurations to rent. Cons: A little far from the subway. No real driveway or entry area drop off. Why did they design it this way? Advice to landlord: None. Great apt and great building.”
