Pretty much you have to pay for any work. Mailboxes are broken! Doorbells don't work. Packages get stolen. Garbage galore. Washer machines and dryers always broken. Stay far away from this building. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants the way you would want your family treated and stop being a slum lord.”
