PINEHURST MANAGEMENT LLC · avg 2.5 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Community among neighbors, e.g. people are nice, say hello, helped each other out during the pandemic. Large one bedroom apartments. Clean hallways. Elevators work. Pet friendly. Cons: Packages keep getting stolen, so just need to be vigilant, i.e. get your package as soon as it's delivered! Advice to landlord: Forego fee when paying rent online.”
— 106 PINEHURST AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Friendly and helpful neighbors Cons: Very old building and a lot of things break down often. There has also been a pest issue since the pandemic. Advice to landlord: Clean the building! It’s very dusty and it needs some deep cleaning.”
— 106 PINEHURST AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Location is good. Cons: The Building management is completely unresponsive to a bed bug infestation which has run rampant for a long time. The exterminators are ineffective, and I don’t even think they are professionals. Lots of tenants have moved out. Worst run building you can imagine, and getting worse. Stay away! Advice to landlord: Care more about your tenants, and spend some money on maintaining the building properly.”
— 106 PINEHURST AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Nice super & good size apartments. Cons: Bed bug infestation in the C tower. Building is not maintained adequately. Hallways & lobby haven’t been painted in 30 years & are not cleaned properly. Advice to landlord: Paint hallways, wax floors & have hallways properly cleaned. Building is dusty & dirty.”
