“Unit 43 Pros: Responsive live-in super, good security, big renovated apartments, laundry and elevator, close to 1 train, solid pest control. Building felt very well taken care of and safe. Cons: Broadway in this area gets fairly noisy. The management is old-school and doesn’t do anything online so paper and in-person meetings are necessary. The gas went out and we lost access to our stove and laundry for nearly 4 months. We were given a hot plate but it took a long time to finally fix. There were several leaks from the apt upstairs that and when they were eventually fixed the rooms were never fully repainted. Advice to landlord: Developing a more convenient online way to report problems or get in touch with management would make things much easier”

We think they got in through the dishwasher from one of the restaurants downstairs (we were on the second floor) and we called to try and get it fixed and no one ever followed up. Advice to landlord: Make it easier to report issues and be more responsive.”
