RIVERCROSS TENANTS' CORP. · avg 4.0 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Staff is great. Gym and laundry are super convenient. Cons: A lot of roaches (in the apartment I rented a room in at least, maybe because it was close to the trash room). Elevators are too often often out of order.”

— 531 MAIN STREET · Manhattan“Rivercross is no longer a Mitchell-Lama / limited equity Co-op! I have been an owner/resident since 1988 and speak from first-hand experience. The building is a full-service elevator co-op with high-end amenities, including: in-house swimming pool and sauna; fully-equipped, two-level fitness facility; beautifully furnished common terrace overlooking landscaped gardens; children's playroom; meeting /party room; bicycle storage room; large private storage lockers for rent (wait-list); two large, well-equipped and maintained laundry rooms; spacious apartments include Studios, One BR, Two BR w/terrace, Three BR w/terrace, Four BR w/terrace. This is a highly desirable, well-managed, impeccably maintained building!”
— 531 MAIN STREET · Manhattan“The best building in the city. spacious apartments, large, agreeable and helpful staff, active community. Fabulous views. Good board pays careful attention to the infrastructure, amazing pool and nice health club and exercise classes. Only problem, dogs not allowed.Building is a limited equity coop. You need to be on a list for years to get the opportunity to buy unless you sublet. Sublet is for 2 years only. After that you need to find another apartment in the building. Purchase price low. Monthly maintenance is pretty high but good value.”
