“Pros: The location for transport is great, the views are great. Cons: The management was piss poor, this is a basket case of a place. Former building manager really caused a lot of damage and I'm not sure the place will ever recover.”

— 415 MAIN STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great staff. Everything in the building works and anything that breaks down is repaired quickly. Cons: The building manager Afrim Latifi is a bit of a mafioso and uncomfortably sketchy to deal with. Won’t get into details to preserve my anonymity but had a few incidents where contractor work was needed. Afrim refused to allow me to procure my own contractor saying it had to be this one specific company who was pre-approved but the one company was clearly a front for one of his buddies. After his buddy did the job, Afrim months later claimed it had been done in an improper way and wanted me to pay his buddy (the one who botched the job by following Afrim instructions in the first place) again at my expense and he was aggressive about it to the point his buddy was embarrassed and did it for 50% which I paid to end the whole situation and get outta there (didn’t renew lease). He also refused to explain why nobody else was permitted to do the job, saying it was Related Management Company policy to not disclose these details with tenants.”
