“Unit 2C Pros: Great location and large living space and a super responsive landlord Cons: We had some roaches that didn’t go away even after monthly exterminator”

“Pros: Landlord is very responsive and available. Apartment is nice if building is a bit old. In a neighborhood where some noise is to be expected but quiet for most part. My previous place was infested with cockroaches; here I see one of the big ones (the kind you normally see outside, they don’t infest like the little ones) maybe once every three months, and a guy comes around once a month to spray your apartment if you’d like. Cons: We’ve had package thieves who broke the front door lock. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe hire better handy men, some of the ones who came to fix our fridge, sink, were less competent than others.”
