“Pros: Very spacious apts, great response time for maintenance request, doormen are friendly. Cons: They say large dogs are not allowed, but there are several. The other thing is that the heat/and ac are one unit. So when the heat is turned on during the winter there is no way to change the temp unless you turn the unit off or open a window and vice versa in the summer.”
