The building staff are phenomenal, very attentive and so kind. The super can be tough on you at first but really cares about his residents. Cons: The walls can be a bit thin, we can hear our upstairs neighbors running around or dog barking sometimes. Also the laundry room often has a few machines broken.”

Pretty large laundry room in basement. Cons: Apts on the 57th street side of the building will be louder because of the road traffic. Advice to landlord: If possible try and get unit facing north for less noise.”
