“Pros: The staff is great, there are a lot of maintenance workers so things do not get left to pile up, etc... Cons: sometimes construction in the building is loud Advice to landlord: keep up the great work”
— 415 EAST 64 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Affordable, clean, peaceful and quiet Cons: Walkup, not much natural light in some of the rooms. Laundry is in the basement outside.”
— 1213 YORK AVENUE · Manhattan“Unit 6G Pros: Building is well kept for the most part, and has an elevator - which is uncommon on this street. The intercom functions, they have weekly pest control available. shared spaces are clean & building is quiet & friendly. Some of the staff is great! Cons: apartments with deceased tenants are left UNTOUCHED (ex. the food in their fridge) for YEARS. Like im talking the police tape is still over the door, several years later. Bugs are crawling out of the doorway and they refuse to do anything about it. Packages get stolen and some of the staff is quite rude. attached "Leasing Office" also seems to have nothing to do with leases & cannot answer simple questions about rent. Advice to landlord: clean up dead peoples apartments and dont let them sit for literal years causing roach infestations.”
“Unit NA Pros: Building kept clean Cons: Sometimes on the 1st floor being close to the street can be noisy but that comes with living in NYC. Advice to landlord: None that I can think of.”

— 1168 1 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: This is a nice apartment. The apartment is also more spacious than most in the UES area. Rent is reasonable. Cons: If you are in the bedroom facing the street, it is extremely loud. All of the cars that exit off the FDR exit and turn onto 64th st. The windows are now soundproof; and in the summer with a window AC, you're out of luck. You'll need to get used to earplugs.”
— 415 EAST 64 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The building is clean and everyone in it is responsible and respectful. Cons: Trash shoots are too small as you cannot leave garage downstairs or in a bin”
— 1168 1 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Friendly and responsive super, nice neighbors, fairly well maintained building Cons: Ongoing construction creates noise but it was getting steadily better”
— 1168 1 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Entryway, stairs, and trash/recycling were tidied with great regularity. Cons: Constant mouse problem Advice to landlord: Make sure your exterminator doesn’t cut corners!”
