— 230 RIVERSIDE DRIVE · Manhattan“Unit 1E Pros: This is a beautiful building on Riverside Drive but it's also over 100 years old like most in the neighborhood. Overall, the building is well cared for and well run. Doorman staff is wonderful and superintendent is attentive and fast to act on problems. Gym in basement is very nice and laundy room is convenient and always available. Bike room is a great perk with no additional fee! Cons: Lived on 1st floor and had several old building issues that led to the building staff needing to create some holes in our walls. They always did a quick job of reparing and cleaning up the mess but it was frustrating. Also, our pipes made a loud banging noise when turning on. Again, old building issues. Advice to landlord: None”
“Pros: Lovely well maintained classic on Riverside Drive Cons: Some traffic from cars exiting Henry Hudson”
— 230 RIVERSIDE DRIVE · Manhattan“Pros: Beautiful prewar building on Riverside Park. Great staff and service Cons: Location on west 95 is right by parkway exit ramp. Large volume of traffic Advice to landlord: Heating units often blow cool air”
— 230 RIVERSIDE DRIVE · Manhattan“Pros: Great location, etc Cons: Landlord is the worst Advice to landlord: Sell your properties to a more responsible landlord”
