“Pros: Lived here years ago and absolutely loved it. Best property managers around. So responsive and helpful. The live-in super was also amazing. Great location and was super affordable, reasonable rent when I was there. Was in a rear-facing unit so it was also quiet. The staircases are also very wide which is helpful for moving things in/out. Cons: Upstairs neighbors seemed to be really loud so not sure if that had anything to do with the building or perhaps it was just the people. I also had many, many packages stolen from the lobby here over the years which was a big bummer.”

“Pros: The area is great, right by Chelsea market, west village, and the ACE and 123 Super cute prewar style Very convenient Cons: No laundry Walk up Noisy floor, you can hear everything from above you Advice to landlord: Find a way to add laundry to the building”
