You will hardly see a speck of dirt, garbage rooms are emptied regularly, there’s good sound isolation between the units, elevators work and they do appropriate maintenance, and they are very responsive to any maintenance requests. — 56 WEST 23 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean, excellent building manager named Jon. Cons: One of the worst landlords in New York. Non responsive, not reasonable and violate both tenants rights and make living here beyond a year an exercise in futility.
