No fan in bathroom and window barely opens. Ice machine and W/D are a joke. Guest policy on the roof gets more restrictive every year (no guests on roof or pool weekends or holidays), weekdays only and max of 2 guests per unit. Advice to landlord: Make guest policies more lax!! We've been here since the building opened and it's so sad to see what we used to be able to do (including roof hours in general) vs what we can do with guests now.”

Location is close to every train you could possibly need and in the middle of a few amazing neighborhoods. Cons: Can be noisy on the Barclays facing side of the building - and they have been building a middle school in the bottom 3 floors of the apartment which has made for noisy construction over the last two years.”

The finishes also aren’t as nice as they should be for this price point. They call it “central” air but it’s not. Advice to landlord: Put in a backsplash, be UPFRONT about the noise and construction, conceal ugliness of the ceiling between the blinds and the windows”
