“Pros: Nice building and amenities. Door men and staff are very nice Cons: Owners/office management are terrible and soulless. Racist and hard to reach out to”

“Pros: Doormen are amazing, everyone one of them. Roof is relaxing, gym is well maintained. Maintenance is quick. Cons: Water pressure sucks. No fan in bathroom and window barely opens. Ice machine and W/D are a joke. Guest policy on the roof gets more restrictive every year (no guests on roof or pool weekends or holidays), weekdays only and max of 2 guests per unit. Advice to landlord: Make guest policies more lax!! We've been here since the building opened and it's so sad to see what we used to be able to do (including roof hours in general) vs what we can do with guests now.”

“Pros: Amenities (gym and pool) are great Building staff is extremely responsive to issues (leaks, etc) Cons: Location is noisy and at an extremely busy intersection - firehouse and precinct underneath the building”

“Pros: Friendly and welcoming doormen, nice and chatty tenants, dog friendly, good amenities (workspace, large gym), close to Vanderbilt ave Cons: Tight floor plans, highway noise, convenient but chaotic location (proximity to Barclays center), strict rules around pool usage”

“Unit 6A Pros: great building if you lived high enough up -- awesome gym and pool Cons: terrible if you lived on lower floors cause they were drilling non stop Advice to landlord: be honest with your drilling!”

“Pros: Building is made up of incredible doormen, handymen, and other super helpful humans! Location is close to every train you could possibly need and in the middle of a few amazing neighborhoods. Cons: Can be noisy on the Barclays facing side of the building - and they have been building a middle school in the bottom 3 floors of the apartment which has made for noisy construction over the last two years.”

“Pros: Clean, updated features, great amenities Cons: AC units are a bit weak, noise from outside can get annoying as the windows aren’t sealed well Advice to landlord: Seal windows”

“Pros: Great location, lovely amenities, wonderful doormen and handymen, kind neighbors, cute units Cons: The noise is UNBEARABLE - single-pane windows let in every little sound from the street, notably from the fire department and police precinct <1 block away. The finishes also aren’t as nice as they should be for this price point. They call it “central” air but it’s not. Advice to landlord: Put in a backsplash, be UPFRONT about the noise and construction, conceal ugliness of the ceiling between the blinds and the windows”
