Great value for the location. Amazing staff in the leasing office. dog friendly environment, and diverse community. Relatively quiet street, with lots of south park security patrolling 24/7. I've lived all over DTLA and this spot ranks highest.

Love the community and people. Up keep inside this place is at standard. For it to get above the standard, should be a more focus on cleaning the stairways. When I want to take the stairs instead of the elevators, it get's a little grimy. Also, the feces outside the building could be better. with the entrance to the main building it smells like dog urine and fruit flies attacks you pretty bad. Also, if possible enforcing homeless people to try to get to shelters instead of sleeping outside the building.

I feel like home here. Everything is a walking distance. this place is beautiful, ample hallways, spotless and classy. My place is just perfect to me. Spacious, comfortable, elegant and with the perfect room sizes... and it has big walking closets! (Yes, I am a woman, That's amazing for me, specially in a DTLA apartment building!)

I had two lightbulbs out in my apartment, so I filled out a request. Dennis showed up quickly and immediately fixed one and let me know that the other one would need to be ordered and he would be back in a few days. He was back when he said he would be, and at the time. He replaced the whole fixture quickly and was super helpful! (As he always is)!

I drove by 1000 Grand on the way home from work, it was pretty late so I assumed they wouldn't tour me. When I called the front office, Bri picked up and was more than happy to help me even though I was a walk in. We were able to tour the property and I really fell in love. She was upfront about the pricing as it was out of my range. I was looking for a Studio for around $2100 including parking. Even though, I still wanted to see the property, she took me on a full tour and I really appreciated it. If the prices drop and I am still looking for a place, Ill definitely lease at 1000 Grand.

The staff is amazing, and as much as I loved the property I got a new job out in Texas and had to move. Definitely worth checking out this place to people I know. Maintenance was always there to assist in a timely manner.

The leasing staff and mgmt has by far been the absolute best! Alex and Khalani literally gave us a place to live and even more so provided an ear and comfort during a difficult and stressful time. Now that we are settled into our apartment we know 100% that we made the right choice for our living needs. We love our crazy amount of storage and the convenience of our washer and dryer is priceless! Although we have some issues with excessive noise during early hours, we also realize that we live in a city and it comes with the location.

I love the location of 1000 Grand by Windsor. It's located in the middle of everything. The staff is friendly and they always address any issues right away. The amenities are awesome. I love grilling on the roof and enjoying the view.

1000 Grand by Windsor is a awesome spot to live. The mgmt and maintenance staff are both great, the amenities are good, and location-wise, it's great. The staff seems to take pride in making this a welcoming place to live.

The part I dont like the most is the way that how residen move in, we have to take everything and walk though their trash room to the reserved elevator. But besides that, everything is great. Leasing agents are friendly and kind, they are the primary reason why I decided to move in.
