Alex is awesome and extremely helpful. I am happy with the property and location. this place is extremely spotless and has all the ammentities on would want. I think 1000 Grand is the best property in South Park.

My boyfriend and I really like our community here at 1000 Grand. It will be tough for us to move one day! We appreciate how kind the staff is and how clean the common areas are! Luxor is brilliant, so when we are not home packages can still be delivered and shipped! Super easy. We're also happy that Healthy Spot is located downstairs so we can take our pup down there for daycare.

I came looking for a one bedroom since I am downsizing from my house. It’s stressful enough having to move but with the amazing leasing staff it made things easier. They helped me and was patient with me. Wish helped my apartment searching stress free.

My experience has been positive and the unit's got lived up to my expectations. That applies to the community amenities, mgmt and maintenance. The communication with residence is clear and I like how There's continuous thought given to improving the home experience for residents.

I really love it here, its expensive but worth it. I feel safe as this places security gets good. My only complaint is something that the managers dont have any control over and its the loud noise that the garbage truck makes in the mornings. But again, its not their fault

Was looking all over Downtown I was able to get a apartment with a beautiful view. Lexi really helped me out so much to get approved I’m so happy with my city view. Really recommend reaching out to Lexi if you need an app in downtown

I moved into 1000 Grand in Nov 2021 as I re-located from SF. From day 1. Alexis has been nothing but nice. She is passionate at what she does. She goes out her way to address current and future tenants needs and or questions. She always has a smile on her face no matter what kind of day she is having. Note to upper mgmt: please keep her around as she is a good one and not many good ones are around these days.

Really nice property! New and clean amenities. location is solid with walkable groceries, pharmacies etc. Quick, legit and polite maintenances. If you have problems ask for Oscar and Denis, they’ll fix it.

Ive only been living here for a month and over all.. this place is an amazing choice to live! I love the location and the modern style of the building, and its people/ pet friendly. but, I would like to see more security. I used the exit staircase one day and a homeless was in there.
