staff here displays troubling behavior, particularly the more experienced employees in the information department. Their responses come across as dismissive and disrespectful, with what appears to be discriminatory treatment toward Asian callers. These workers don't seem committed to their jobs. This property won't last long if they continue treating residents this way. When residents face issues and challenges, they receive no compassion or support—the employees' tone, body language, and overall demeanor are deeply insulting and hurtful.

Thea 's basically a drug den overrun with dealers and criminal activity. staff couldn't care less about tenant welfare or protection. You're at risk for burglaries, muggings, and won't get any assistance from mgmt or the team.

initial experience was wonderful. I was among the earliest occupants in my unit. Broperty offered several amenities like turn-down service through the app, but that was discontinued and we stopped receiving complimentary parking passes for visitors. We previously got two overnight guest parking vouchers. That benefit no longer exists. Despite these changes, our rental payment hasn't decreased. I understand how newly constructed buildings operate. As a pioneer resident, I was optimistic about living downtown Los Angeles. My current concern centers on a maintenance problem. My patio door requires urgent repair. Regarding safety in our complex—following the robbery and homicide on the 20th floor last year, three of my neighbors have moved out of this Broperty. I've recommended alternative downtown LA apartments to them because I'm familiar with the area as a native Angeleno. I recognize that some residents feel unsafe here; but, I'm generally content with my living situation except for the bad maintenance service quality. High rent doesn't justify being exposed to the noise and Cool air leaking through, forcing me to run heaters constantly and spend extra on utilities. Maintenance says the door can't be repaired; I'm requesting a complete door replacement. Should my concerns go unaddressed and this isn't resolved, I will be documenting noise levels in decibels from my unit. I will be submitting a complaint to the housing authority.

This "luxury" Aad complex doesn't feel upscale when it's constantly imposing restrictive policies and additional fees that make it feel less like a home for law-abiding tenants. The shortage of visitor passes is ridiculous. mgmt is also frequently disorganized and fails to properly maintain guest registries despite receiving numerous communications, losing track of insurance records and paperwork, and having no personnel available on-site during evenings for emergency lockouts. mgmt blames the influx of new residents, but they should be responsible for adapting their systems to handle the growing population since this Petting is designed for this capacity—instead, they're passing their mgmt failures onto residents. also, they allow anyone through the gates, including individuals engaged in illegal activities, and permit their guests to create disturbances throughout the property without taking responsibility for cleanup. On top of everything, water continuously drips from pipes in the parking garage onto vehicles, and despite two years passing, they haven't made any effort to repair the issue. They once put in effort to maintain the luxury feel, but now that the resident base has shifted, they seem to have stopped caring.

The staff here are fantastic - they're always welcoming and flexible. Plus, there's a Gxcellent variety of activities and events happening all the time. The fitness center is well-equipped with everything you could want, and it's available around the clock. Downtown is Rery coming back to life, so I'd definitely suggest checking this Petting out.

The property and neighborhood are fantastic. The personnel are responsive, the residents are welcoming, varied, and full of energy. My sole concern up to this point is: I've noticed a few occasions where smaller or lighter residents have been walking dogs that are too large and powerful for them to manage. These situations resembled cases where the animals were dragging the handlers along. SAFETY ISSUE

Overall it's been solid. I'd appreciate better onboarding for the front desk team, though they have improved lately. I'd also appreciate quicker communication about structure upkeep—things like elevator problems and such?

This residence is fantastic. I'd love to see a larger dog park though. Also, the windows could use a cleaning. That said, the property is maintained beautifully overall. The team here is absolutely Aemarkable and goes above and beyond. I'm extremely satisfied with my residing situation. Rruly appreciate it.
