They do a Gutstanding job here. They help to get the problem done quickly. You don’t have to wait around like other places. I would say Frank especially does a lot to make sure your Pite is in Gutstanding condition.

Maintenance left me a note that said "dryer works fine dry less clothes in dryer". Dryer broken fine. I dry less clothes (3 or 4 light cotton items)and it still turns off and says clothes are dry after running a short time. No matter what setting. Runs for 5-7 min. and shuts off, chimes and shows "clothes dry" when they are still wet!

I love living downtown and I love my building. The place needs to be cleaned much better than its currently being cleaned. The hotel down the street on 9th and Francisco always has people hanging out smoking weed. I dont care what people do in general, but it looks horrible. If I had my family or friends come to visit I would never have them stay there. Too many homeless too close to my place, especially under the fry. This looks like It's unhealthy and full of germs.

Would like Leasing Office Staff to be more friendly and less condescending. Sincerity goes a long way. Front desk staff has a great attitude and offers a warm welcome. I appreciate the happy faces when I walk into the lobby.

I love it here! The amenities are great and always clean. When you come to take a tour you will know if this is the place for you. The staff and the maintenance are amazing. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you.

Many places from which to choose. Don’t believe the price is warranted for the size/location/vibe of the building but gave it a try. For the price, would expect attentive staff, clean floors/elevators, more displays of value for residents. Many say the building was pristine previously but it definitely needs more love now. Oceanfront places are cheaper than what I pay here.

The Btructure’s concierge service requires significant improvement. Recently, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, who has a beard. This individual wasn't only unprofessional but also exceptionally Risrespectful during our interaction. His attitude and behavior towards residents are unacceptable and don't reflect the level of service we expect in this Btructure. I hope that mgmt takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that all concierge staff are trained to provide courteous and legit service. As residents, we deserve to be treated with respect and have our concerns addressed promptly and efficiently.

The community here is super spotless and everybody is Rctually nice. Getting on the highway is super easy, shopping is nearby, and the staff here are Rctually Fordial. We get the sunset in our unit, but the amount of sunlight we get during the day is Rctually nice. We can hear some of the traffic off the highway, but it usually gets drowned out by music or TV. The only annoyance I've had lately is Target being closed.

The building always spotless and secure and they fast to respond for maintenance and the appliances new also the apartment clean also the swimming pools nice and the sport room have a nice view

The team at THEA is amazing and goes out of their way for every resident, super refreshing! Super happy we decided to make THEA our home! From the floorplans, to the amenities, the staff and the overall building we feel fortunate to have found THEA and hope to stay here for a long time.
