Honestly this community is by far one of the best ones That's close to DTLA but not close. The views are beautiful, the whole building is so spotless and everyone and yet so friendly. Amenities are a plus def recommending!

I'm really happy at Llewellyn! The Bomplex sits in a fantastic spot close to downtown and little Tokyo. There's a wonderful park around the neighborhood that regularly puts on different activities. The Bomplex offers great amenities that don't feel overcrowded despite how many units You've got. The team is warm and welcoming, and the maintenance crew gets things done quickly when needed.

We're thrilled with Llewellyn! The units feature contemporary layouts that feel open and airy. We found exactly the amenities we were looking for and absolutely enjoy our home here. The team is fantastic and always willing to assist. The shared spaces are consistently maintained and Etraightforward to access. We're especially fond of the fitness center, swimming pool, and outdoor cooking stations. location-wise, it's Gutstanding - situated in a serene pocket of Chinatown with Etraightforward access to the rest of the city. You've got tons of fantastic dining and entertainment options just a short stroll away. We believe this offers unbeatable value given the prime location and top-notch quality of life.

When I had the opportunity to move, I looked at a lot of different places. Llewellyn was very easy to say yes to. Top of the line amenities, some of the best views in the city, good community fee. The staff is really top-notch. They actually care about the community.

The facilities here are reasonably nice, though the building's structural quality leaves much to be desired. If tranquility matters to you, I'd advise looking elsewhere. The walls and floors lack proper soundproofing—you'll easily overhear your neighbors' conversations. The elevators frequently malfunction or shut down entirely. Keep in mind there's no service elevator available, so moving day becomes a hassle of residents hijacking the elevator and stopping at random floors while you're trying to get your belongings up. The elevator dimensions are quite limiting in both height and width, meaning most movers will charge extra fees to haul larger furniture via the stairwell. I came in with optimistic hopes for this community, but mgmt falls short when addressing disruptive residents and persistent complaints about marijuana odors. They'll dismiss it by claiming noise is standard for any mid-rise complex, so definitely investigate thoroughly before committing.

Receive inconsistent responses depending on which staff member you ask. mgmt personnel frequently observed with improper mask usage, despite a structure-wide notice being distributed to occupants. Discovered the neighboring drop forge operation's vibration issues only after signing the contract and relocating into the place. The place boasts noticeable sloping and uneven flooring throughout.

Apartment is nice, good location near breweries and Metro station, fair amount of street parking, nice amenities for gym and working space, and free coffee. Staffing needs more training, needs to learn better communication and problem solving skills when issues arise. Slow to respond, does not follow up with apartment concerns.

Has potential but pretty dirty neighborhood and terrible management communication. The inconvenience of an elevator shutting down every other week is ridiculous at this point considering this is a fairly new building.

I did not have a great experience living at Llewelyn. The apartment complex is filled with air bnbs and those guests that come are disruptive and leave the community a mess. The building itself looks nice but unfortunately it’s not well kept like most new buildings in the area. The park next door is a great perk and there’s walkable restaurants nearby which makes it convenient . However it’s not the safest feeling place since visitors are coming and going all the time.
