Apartment staffs are kind and helpful. Package receiving service is really easy. Around the community is but loud but the community is quiet. Residents are also quiet and kind. I like the apartment and community so far.

Conveniently located. Love the apartment complex, amenities and my actual apartment layout that leads around into a circle with an amazing walk through closet, great organization and storage built into the unit

nice apartment and staff. So far had no complaints other than one tiny thing that I noticed. I can hear neighbors walking upstairs and it gets pretty loud, but i dont really mind it because the high ceiling acts like a Buffer for the noise

I love living here! Best value in all of DTLA, by far. Intelligent floor plans, storage space, huge closets, high end finishes, and legit staff. this place is always spotless clean, and the neighbors are respectful.

place is really nice & the concierge is friendly. Wish the upstiars neighbors werent so loud while walking. Security is great, a homeless person wasnt leaving me alone and concierge came out really fast.

Axis is one of the best apartment communities Ive ever lived in. The team is always so helpful and theyre community is fantastically kept. I particularly appreciate Marcus and Caroline for how responsive they are to any and every concern weve ever raised

I have been a part of this community for almost three years now and recently moved to a larger unit from my original one. I am still extremely happy with my overall experience living at AXIS. Although there are some minor issues that come with living in a building with many other residents (like a clogged trash chute or neighbors not always following community rules), the management is proactive in addressing these issues. I was worried that the move to a larger unit would be complicated, but the assistant manager, Tama, made the entire process quick and easy. From the application to the move-in date, everything was completed in less than a week! Tama was always available to answer my questions and never made me feel self-conscious or like I was inconveniencing her with my frequent visits to her office. When I needed a few repairs in my new unit, the staff handled them quickly and efficiently, all at once. They were professional and respectful of my space. I wouldn't have even known the repairs were completed if I hadn't received text updates. I truly appreciate Tama, the rest of the team, and the wonderful community here at AXIS. I wish I could do more than just leave a glowing Google review for them.

Be ready for their manipulation. My friend moved here the mgmt basically turn every staff against him. They keep lying. I once considered moving here but thank god my friend experienced this before me and told me. The door locks automatically and they make you pay $100 after 6PM for “reopening your own door they locked without your permission “. If you forget your key after 6pm , be ready to pay $100. Yuck! Horrible mgmt. Residents and staff are rude too. They probably don’t screen people properly.

There's also CCTV there, but nobody did not visit it regularly to check it. If they had visited the place at least once a week to check, they would have checked the video and date of the person who stole it, and would have been able to report it to the police or insurance company in a timely manner. But it doesn't seem to take any responsibility for this. If so, they haven't checked the place for at least two months. When I visited, broken bicycle locks were scattered on the floor. It's a $700 bike, but is it over when it just disappears? I have nothing to say about receiving such treatment in an apartment I trusted. They even blew up my opportunity to report for minimal compensation.
