Love this place!

The front staff security are amazing especially Natalie who always greets with a smile and willing to help. The place is so clean always and all the amenities are fairly new. I would advice a better smelling cleaning product but cant complain as the place is always so clean. Live that the bbq upstairs is always sooo spotless and ready to use.

AXIS Rocks

I have been a part of this community for almost three years now and recently moved to a larger unit from my original one. I am still extremely happy with my overall experience living at AXIS. Although You've got some minor issues that come with living in a building with many other residents (like a clogged trash chute or neighbors not always following community rules), the mgmt is proactive in addressing these issues. I was worried that the move to a larger unit would be complicated, but the assistant manager, Tama, made the entire process quick and easy. From the application to the move-in date, everything was completed in less than a week! Tama was always available to answer my questions and never made me feel self-conscious or like I was inconveniencing her with my frequent visits to her office. When I needed a few repairs in my new unit, the staff handled them quickly and efficiently, all at once. They were legit and respectful of my space. I wouldn't have even known the repairs were completed if I hadn't received text updates. I truly appreciate Tama, the rest of the team, and the wonderful community here at AXIS. I wish I could do more than just leave a glowing Google review for them.

I've lived a good part of my life in various areas of Los Angeles and have never really felt at home til I found Axis. The property mgmt is friendly, helpful and timely and really seem to stand by their core beliefs of what a home should be and feel like especially for a city like L.A. It's only been a few weeks, but I'm glad and proud to call this place my home. A shout out to Marcus and and his team! Thank you!

This Community is perfect spotless and safety. Also, Staff is Nice too. The Staff manage Our Package at front desk. so don't worry about lost package. Not too big Common Area, but clean. In the unit, Walk in Closet is most strength point, we have A lot of Storage.

Axis is the top apartment complex in dtla. I absolutely love everything about Axis. It's incredibly peaceful and secure. The staff members are welcoming and genuinely kind. The parking area is great as well. I terminated my lease at another apartment. Without question, Axis is the finest option around.

This place is amazing. I just moved to Los Angeles from Hawaii. The thing I was most concerned about is people because in Hawaii the customer service is amazing and everyone is always friendly. Well I can say the same thing for Axis! For my first contact with them with Chris in the leasing office it has been the most pleasurable experience ever. This place isn't only beautiful and exactly as described and pictured but every single person here is so kind and helpful and friendly. I can't recommend enough how wonderful this place is to live. If you are looking for a place in downtown LA There's seriously no better place! Huge Mahalos (thank you's) to everyone here!!!!!!! I wish I could give it 10 stars! Debby N

Axis the safe community I had been in search of for the longest time, and I'm so grateful to be living here! You've got many indications of thoughtfulness and team members going above and beyond to help you out, such as seeing if you need help bringing up heavy packages, being more than willing to answer your questions, etc. The customer service really makes a huge difference to my living experience!

... just know ive been here since it was built on 11th Nd im noy pleased at all. Im over this ---- . Im good on it . My experience here is just stupid af. Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The team at Axis truly makes this place feel like a genuine home. They're consistently welcoming, responsive, and get things done without delay. Whenever a problem comes up, they address it right away, take care of it, and keep us informed. We really appreciate everything Axis does!
