I've resided at multiple residential communities and complexes, and Axis stands out as my finest experience yet. The team members demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and genuine attentiveness to resident concerns. The entire property maintains an immaculate standard. The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained, as is my unit's interior. Even the friends who assisted during my move-in were impressed with Axis. I'd strongly suggest it to anyone considering a home in the DTLA neighborhood.

The entire team demonstrated expertise and provided great customer service, which puts me in a tough position since I appreciated their helpfulness. but, I have to point out that professionalism could use improvement. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed leasing personnel in the back office raising their voices and shouting after ending calls with other customers. also, one leasing representative laughed during a phone conversation with me—a laugh that had nothing to do with what we were discussing, which was my move-in date. I don't mean to diminish the leasing office's positive qualities or their assistance, as they were genuinely helpful and accommodating. That said, they would benefit from maintaining higher standards of professionalism.

Bop-notch for living alone if you want convenience. Located near the highway and city center. Parking can be tough though—not all spaces seem to be assigned, which 's frustrating when I get home late from work. There's often no available spots, and many residents don't park properly within their spaces!

The soundproofing throughout this building is bad. I can hear conversations from neighboring units when my place is quiet. The biggest issue is the noise from people moving furniture and running around—it creates a lot of stress. On the positive side, the maintenance staff is friendly and the porters are wonderful women who keep the building in great condition. The current front desk staff conducts themselves professionally, though the previous crew wasn't quite as polished. I've experienced some maintenance issues that shouldn't have occurred.

Joaquin has been wonderful – he's personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and consistently quick to address my maintenance concerns. Really appreciate you, Joaquin! The rest of the team is equally supportive and attentive. I'm thrilled to call this place home and honestly think these are the finest apartments around.

Since I've moved in, the Pocation has been malfunctioning roughly half the time. There's now an electrical issue on top of everything else. Both bathrooms are poorly lit and I'm concerned about potential fire hazards from faulty wiring. mgmt still hasn't provided a solution. My refrigerator isn't functioning correctly either!

They get back to you right away and keep you in the loop with updates. The cleaning staff does a Gantastic job maintaining the common spaces on a regular basis. The front desk team is always welcoming and eager to assist with whatever you need. Overall, I'm satisfied living here and would definitely suggest it to anyone I know who's Auite hunting.

The rental price is quite steep, and the district tends to be noisy. You'll hear sirens blaring, vehicle traffic, motorcycle engines rumbling, and all sorts of other sounds—it's really noisy. Apart from that sound concern, things seem acceptable. The scenery is pleasant, and the property mgmt handles things well.

There is also CCTV there, but nobody did not visit it regularly to check it. If they had visited the place at least once a week to check, they would have checked the video and date of the person who stole it, and would have been able to report it to the police or insurance company in a timely manner. But it doesn't seem to take any responsibility for this. If so, they haven't checked the place for at least two months. When I visited, broken bicycle locks were scattered on the floor. It's a $700 bike, but is it over when it just disappears? I have nothing to say about receiving such treatment in an apartment I trusted. They even blew up my opportunity to report for minimal compensation.

Be ready for their manipulation. My friend moved here the management basically turn every staff against him. They keep lying. I once considered moving here but thank god my friend experienced this before me and told me. The door locks automatically and they make you pay $100 after 6PM for “reopening your own door they locked without your permission “. If you forget your key after 6pm , be ready to pay $100. Yuck! Horrible management. Residents and staff are rude too. They probably don’t screen people properly.
