Good. I would want to extend my lease if i could get the same benefits as the new tenants but i didnt decline to provide that. So i am moving to another apartment community. I wish they offer it as well for the current tenants

I have only been at AXIS apartments for a month and 3 days I would need more time at the residence to form an informed opinion. So far it has been a pleasant experience living here I especially enjoy that all the in unit amenities that I required where available. I have no need for access to schools, parks, or public transportation however when covid 19 restrictions are completely lifted I look forward to exploring the local entertainment.

Axis the safe community I had been in search of for the longest time, and I'm so grateful to be living here! There are many indications of thoughtfulness and team members going above and beyond to help you out, such as seeing if you need help bringing up heavy packages, being more than willing to answer your questions, etc. The customer service really makes a huge difference to my living experience!

Thank you for the service. They fix the light in the bathroom and fix the alarm battery also change all the batteries then they fixed the microwave light also the fan. I appreciate them being nice by calling me to check what time they would be visiting the house. I was continued with the them then we scheduled the visit. I love it

Ive lived in DTLA for 12 years now and I have lived in numerous buildings, under numerous management companies, Axis is by far the best apartment community I have lived in! The management, security, maintenance, and cleaning teams are all top notch and really make you feel like a resident and not just a rent check. Neighbors are super friendly too! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in a quiet, upscale neighborhood/apartment community in DTLA!

This place is amazing. I just moved to Los Angeles from Hawaii. The thing I was most concerned about is people because in Hawaii the customer service is amazing and everyone is always friendly. Well I can say the same thing for Axis! For my first contact with them with Chris in the leasing office it has been the most pleasurable experience ever. This place is not only beautiful and exactly as described and pictured but every single person here is so kind and helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend enough how wonderful this place is to live. If you are looking for a place in downtown LA there is seriously no better place! Huge Mahalos (thank you's) to everyone here!!!!!!! I wish I could give it 10 stars! Debby N

Axis is best apartment in dtla. I really like all of things in Axis. Very quiet and safety. The staff member is friendly and really nice. Parking lot is good too. I was canceled contract with different apartment. Definitely Axis is the best.

Responded very quickly, updated with notifications. Clean ladies clean the public area very often. Front receptionists are very friendly and ready to help. In general, Im happy to live here and will like to recommend to friends if they are looking for housing.

I love living here! Best value in all of DTLA, by far. Intelligent floor plans, storage space, huge closets, high end finishes, and professional staff. The building is always spotless clean, and the neighbors are respectful.
