Fantastic management. Love having Bill, edita, and mark so accommodating. My apartment was always so quiet and every resident was nice and kind. The hallways were clean. I liked living in my studio and didn’t feel like a studio. Felt bigger

Mark helped me throughout the process. He made sure I had everything upon move in. Smooth process. Ask for him if you go. He'll make the process is smooth. I have a studio with a great view. The amenities are nice. Love the gym

Maintenance - fix one thing and break another. Mark talks too much and does nothing even though he refuses whatever youre saying. When my neighbor had a party Mark told me the following: no no no this guy is quite and does not do parties. Do not call to police next time, just go and talk to him. Gym has too much stuff broken.

Beautiful apartment, amazing amenities, cool view of downtown, management and maintenance are top notch, they take very good care of their residents! The pool feels like youre in Vegas, its a great way to wind down from a stressful week!

Just wanted to say my experience so far at Canvas LA has been amazing. All of the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Edita and Bill have gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I'm so grateful for all of their help and hospitality.

Love the community. Love that it is dog friendly. Bill and Edita make this place. I feel safe in the building and love that I can have two parking spaces which is rare. Super dog friendly and so far my neighbors are great.

I have been living here almost 2 years. My apartment was broken into twice and there are no cameras to have any evidence or proof. While I was out of town my car was hit while parked in my stall, again no cameras no proof. With the new management ------ is not my favorite she acts as if she is a warden of a school and not a manager, we pay for her job she doesnt pay for our rent. She has issues with animals when theres tons of dogs living here. She also comes off as if she has issues with --------------- even though shes -------- --------------- I have had many tenants complain about there interaction with her, then she moved in the building and watches the pool area like a hawk.
