Newly remodeled luxury apartments. I love the new appliances, kitchen, tall ceilings and amenities. Management is amazing and very professional. I was very impressed with how fast maintenance arrived at my unit on the first day to hook up the washer and dryer! Fernando, Kevin and Evan are incredible.

I'm new here and it's nice. Only issue is people not picking up after their pets. Sometimes the Halls are a landmine obstacle course. The leasing office team were amazing. They made the process fun, informative and they truly cared about my needs and what I was looking for.

The management is really helpful and nice, the building has great location next to highways, downtown and Echo Park/Silverlake. The amenities are terrific with pool,Jacuzzi, a full gym, work space and more. the building is modern and well taken care of. I've only been here 15 days but everything is fine, no noise, good neighbors.
