The building , staff and security do a really good job. I’ve been apartment hunting for about a year now and nothing compares to park fifth. Most of the residents that I met are good people and orderly. My floor is very quiet and perfect for my lifestyle.

Excellent service! Very nice and friendly front desk staff. Safe and clean in general. Beautiful clean gym and pool. The only problem I have encountered previously was with the previous management team. They needed to learn from the front desk staff. Front desk staff knows how to provide that excellent service as they are customer facing. I was on the list for EV charger parking and I was TOLD that I was on top of the list and that I would be getting that EV spot. Next thing I know is this manager, Luke comes in and voided everything and was pretty rude. He made many failed promises as well. No explanation. Then everyone became quiet. It was weird and some front desk staff disappeared. I walked away and never got my EV parking. Previous Management team needed to improve big time. I am so glad to have a new management team now. I still would highly recommend this place I love.

Don’t apply here unless you want to lose your application deposit and fee. Pretty sure no one works in the leasing office as I’ve sent over a dozen emails and can’t even get a single reply to get my money back. So unless you feel like donating for no reason don’t apply

All the staff from the main lobby to maintenance and that work at park fifth building are amazing. The building is clean all the time they always have the building secure. Park attendance are amazing too

Given by the title, you can probably guess what my favorable part of the community is: definitely the location. The proximity to everything is so amazing if you are a downtown person. I may not recommend walking around at night alone especially if you're a woman, but that's why you make friends - which you'll have no problem doing here. The community puts on a ton of super fun resident events! Oscar parties, Halloween parties, Holiday parties, and guess what - there is typically always some free drinks!!! and food! So many great restaurants and bars nearby to walk with your new friends you'll meet at the community. Amenities have to be my second favorite thing. When you get home (or when your friends/family come to visit) there is valet parking available (which is free for residents) and pretty darn affordable for everyone else. It's so simple to call your car whenever you're all set to leave. The valet team are always so smiley and nice. We have so many grills - that I personally do not use, but my friends love to when they visit. The rooftop pool, gym, hot tub, and views -- love love love! Friends are always smiling and we are taking selfies up there. The management and front desk staff are super sweet and helpful. I often see them busy with those neighbors that like to complain about everything, which i'm sure doesn't make their jobs easy, but they truly are amazing. I've overheard some of my neighbors and it surprises me what they waste the office's time with. The team is always smiling, available, and helpful when you have questions. I've been here for only 3 months and really love it. I don't plan to move but my experience can easily change over the next year of my lease. I'll keep my review updated if anything changes, but so far very happy with my decision.

All amenities are fantastic. I love living here but I can say only the response from your leasing staff is poor. Many residents are quite young and do not say hello even we meet at the elevator. Some residents do not have good manner.

its been a blessing! love the community and the people that live here. leasing office staff is really cool and easy to work with. highly recommend living in this apt complex. And its close to all the best food spots in LA!

I would say out of all the luxury apartments that I visited before making my selection, park and fifth was the best choice. A close 2nd was trademark but I didn’t like the staff at that location. This building feels safe, has valet and concierge, and the apartment looks amazing especially with the view. In addition, I don’t see a lot of homeless, drug lords, unproductive teenagers, and prostitutes around the property. Trust me this is a huge plus when some of these apartment in the area are asking for $5k a month. Smh. So I do feel I got what I paid for which is a good thing because LA can be way over priced for what the area is giving you. Overall I would recommend park and fifth.

The building is obviously amazing, but what makes Park Fifth special are the people; from maintenance to janitorial to concierge and leasing, everyone is not only professional, but also so friendly and kind.
