The leasing staff, front desk and maintenance team are all exceptional. My move in was seamless and every single team member went above and beyond to make sure that I never needed anything. By far one of the easiest moves I have experienced.

Been amazing. It’s like a refuge from the city. The people who work here are attentive and kind, and our neighbors are friendly and fun. Super dog friendly and the amenities are clean and well maintained. We love it here!

Love the building and the staff. The neighborhood is terrible though and on a downward trajectory, and the concerts at Pershing Square, along with the constant construction in the building is maddening.

Located and easy access to everything Grocery stores and other stores Lots of amenities that I have enjoyed the pool, pool table. Love the view from the Balcony especially at night to see the buildings

Extremely noisy area. Balconies are located right next to primary bedrooms. Neighbors often out partying until late hours on their balcony. Loud concerts at Pershing Square Park Sidewalks dirty and smelly. Neighborhood unsafe. Concierge doesn’t answer the phone when calling down for assistance. Concierge Desk is OFTEN left unattended
