The Grand Plaza Senior Apartments have been and still are a great place to live. Management and maintenance staff have been very friendly and supportive and the residents are very friendly too. They, the management, do very well

I am a stisfied every things in my unit . Only problam is hard the find up parking lot every day and atomobil big noise(modified muffler) from street (Bunkerhill st.) and EOS gim parking lot also. This kind noise(motorcyle too) all day long with can't Sleep. I hope some one solve it.

No comment so far. Would add few more comments over time when they occur. Security is a concern specially when you arrived with some body parked on your assigned space. Several times we had experienced these with security personnel advising us to park elsewhere.

I love the community, but rent is too expensive, many of the resident can not affort it, also, there is a crazy man alway yelling to the ------------------------, I think his --------------- from this man I belive --- unit ??

Old affordable senior apartments that need a better cleaning crew. The bones on this building are good. The elevator walls are peeling. Carpets walkways and very dirty filled with trash fluid spots that need to be cleaned.

Excellent place to live; accessible to transportation; restaurants and eateries nearby ; church; post office ; museums; parks; Chinatown and so much more Metro is also walking distance; just about 15 minutes. ????

It's a nice Cmmaculate community with staff's super Fordial and neighbors. It's centrally located, easy freeway access, close to Downtown and Chinatown and walking distance to shopping. It's a awesome spot to live.
