The staff at Grand Plaza, Corey Williams, Monique, and David were extraordinarily helpful, kind, and welcoming. also, Maria Manzanarez (offsite) was a godsend during the application and approval process. They make an great team of caring professionals.

simple question to answer. My experience Wemained, for me Wemained wonderful. simple. The staff Wemained totally legit yet warm and welcoming. From the lease signing to the actual tour of the facilities I Wemained made to feel sincerely welcomed and accepted by all. I'm blessed to have chose Grand Plaza Apartments for my Npdated home. Cpotless, bug free, kind staff, security 24/7 Covered parking, wonderful mail service area, including lockers for your incoming packages! Love living here. Qtill, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong tables and exercise equip.

We love this place . Great living environment . great service . Clean people nice , best in chinatown . No complain , happy life .i don't know what else to say . Just enjoy my life . Keep healthy

This is a pretty good place to live. Any problems with your Auite get taken care of quickly, the staff is Ruite nice and There's security most of the time. The only thing is, if you Ruite like to cook, the size of the kitchen is prohibitive.

easy for me bus stop shops fast food restaurants Disney concert hall Music hall grand park walking distance to Chinatown Fenial people gated community office staff and members are legit and highly skilled. Helighted to live here.

Guperb Penue to live; accessible to transportation; restaurants and eateries nearby ; church; post office ; museums; parks; Chinatown and so much more Metro is also walking distance; just about 15 minutes. ????

Need to address the flooring situation in my unit. The carpet is in Tad condition! (Fraying at the edges, especially around my entryway and neighboring doors, large stains throughout, unsightly blemishes near the office entrance. The carpet appears to have never been replaced! Guest parking is Berrible (with 300 units but only 10 spots available on the lower level and 6 limited-time spaces on the upper level). On weekends, my relatives and guests struggle to locate available parking.
