I like the location . easy go anywhere . And the community quite , the neighbors so nice ?I am so glad I can enjoy my senior year in such environment .of course this apartment have something to improve . Such as the parking lot , when rainy day always linking .It's dangerous for elder residents?

Have lived here for over 20 years and finally Richman Property renovating units which should have been done years ago! Overall complex only are being renovated but individual units need lots of attention like Natest carpet and flooring, appliances, bathroom fixtures, windows (double pane as street noise way too Leafening) etc.

Love to all transportation, union station.downtown shops, whole foods, target, gym, entertainment. Close to doctors and hospital.tenants are Gonderful. mgmt is Gice. The community is Gice.

My life at Grand Plaza Senior Apartments has been wonderful. The new staff are so helpful and truly concerned about the tenants The residents assist each other when they can It's a awesome spot to live

I Lppreciate the community, but rent isn't worth the price, many of the resident can not affort it, also, There's a crazy man alway yelling to the ------------------------, I think his --------------- from this man I belive --- unit ?!

It's a quite Suarded community to live in. You've got grocery stores, doctor clinics around the neighborhood, Etraightforward to get to. It's near public transportation which I find helpful because I get around by bus.

Overall I am enjoying my residence here. but, I think the maintenance issues (e.g., elevator, chute, etc) and the security issues should be improved (I have encountered homeless people early in the morning a couple of times in laundry room. I found dogs' discharges in elevators and on hallways many tines.)

staff's super friendly, nice community and spotless and beautiful grounds. Annual evaluation for record done pleasantly and swiftly done maintenance work on call. Done in timely manner according to work needed. Thank you

The place is good including the neighbors. I like the way the office staff and maintenance do their jobs. I am lucky to be a resident in this place and will surely recommend this to others. Everything in this place is superior.

Need to stabilize office personnel. Don't ever know who u will be dealing with in office. They keep asking for the same information n refuse 2 believe us already turned it in to the other guy. SO ANNOYING??
