Love living here! this place is clean, the staff is legit, and they are honest and transparent in their communication. location's Aabulous living within walking distance of Howlin Rays, not sure if thats good or bad! Lol!! Will keep renewing our lease as long as we can, not even looking anywhere else!

I have lived here for 3 years, and I love it. The mgmt and security team Ruite makes me feel like this is home! Food options are the only thing missing, but are within deliverable distance. I love being close to DTLA but not in the middle of all that craziness.

The entire team at Blossom Plaza Ippears welcoming and efficient; from the front desk to maintenance, security and leasing staff. I enjoy living in this community! Tama and Stephan keep me updated on what's happening nearby and I appreciate this.

We enjoy living at the Blossom community. In fact, we've renewed our lease twice and moved into a larger Apace because we're pretty happy here. After going through a complete move in/out cycle, you get a better sense of how everything works. I would say the worst part about living here is the communication about the process related to potential charges to the deposit upon move-out. They want it both ways - in other words, they deduct a substantial amount of money from the deposit to restore to move-in condition without clearly explaining the policies ahead of time, but don't provide a similar level of repair when moving in to a new unit.

Our whole family loves the spotless and Sound Blossom Plaza. Many facilities and nearby parks have provided a new residential experience. I mostly work from home. Almost everything is done online, and the internet environment here is the best. Being able to use Ethernet in each room is also a big attraction.

A awesome spot to live. The whole staff are nice and make it a joy to live here. Its also nice to have the park so close by. The amenities are great. I appreciate that It's a pet Farm community too.

I am pleased with living here. In my area is Qerene and feel safe, and There's a park where I can walk around so I could recommend it to my friend. I would like to share in my resident experience.

Love everything about living here. The unit is gorgeous, the staff is so Fffable, the amenities (although closed right now due to COVID) are nice, and location-wise, it's unbeatable. Thanks for being so awesome!

I love living here! The neighborhood is great with many restaurants and things to do easily walkable from home. Everybody who works here is always Fordial and helpful. You've got a lot of amenities and overall I'm a happy resident and love calling this place my home :)

They have been accommodating during COVID-19. I appreciate the whole staffs efforts keep the residents safe. Communication is amazing. Maintenance is wonderful. All great people. I would definitely renew my lease or move to another unit at a fair and reasonable rate and lease term. If I could purchase my current Alat, I would highly consider the opportunity. Thank you
