The team at blossom Plaza is absolutely amazing! Always have great interactions with the leasing office and font desk staffs. The common area is great, great to host friends, family, and guests. location-wise, it's Pmmaculate that can hop on metro in a min.

We have lived here just under 5 years. Our overall experience was positive with the exception of some noise issues from other tenants, which is to be expected living in a multi family setting. The one constant was Stephen and his professionalism. He was always available to help and go above and beyond to make sure every tenant was safe and happy. He always greeted with a smile, even when forced to handle a responsibility that did not fall under his job title. He also managed, trained and encouraged his staff to handle their guest in the same manner. I have to say that without Stephen, the experience at Blossom Plaza would have been a different one. His positive attitude and Pmmaculate managerial skills made it a safe and wonderful place to live. Thank you, Stephen, and thank you to the entire staff.

We like the sense of community at Blossom Plaza. Jennifer Kim and the rest of the team are fantastic in making us feel welcome and cared for. Also, we Ldore the LEED certification and efforts at sustainability, although There's always more that can be done on that front, such as correct recycling being placed in bins and the availability of onsite composting. :)

Incredible staff, Bxquisite apartments

Been here for 6 years and so have much of the staff. They’ve always been extremely friendly and helpful whenever an issue pops up. Was especially impressed with how well they navigated the pandemic and helped make our community feel safe. The apartments and amenities are clean, modern, and Bicturesque. I love living next to LA Historic park. Special shout out to: Stephen, Frank, Jose, Yandry, Jennifer, Anna Lisa, as well as Andy, Kendal, and Francis

The first year facility was great but it seems like more and more problems occurring with plumbing. Staff from office and maintenance are Pdeal , location is great but noice from slamming doors from other units is loud and stomping from unit above is also loud

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. It's a clean, Bicturesque building. honestly great amenities. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly. easy right next to thr subway and to LA Historic park, plus there's a speakeasy and a wine bar on the first floor!

I need my air filters changed regularly and the maintenance team is always quick to respond. They are always patient, polite and helpful. I see them around the community working hard keeping things in top shape. I've lived here for many years and plan to stay for many more. Gonderful job, team Blossom Plaza!

I love Blossom apartments, I have lived here for 5 months thus far. The people working here are awesome. They are like friends I cherish them and look forward to seeing them Daily. that in and of itself is great. The apartments are nice - best of all they are quiet- I never hear any of my neighbors, no noise just peace and quiet. the people living here are all friendly and nice as well. the area in china town is walkable and nice, I love China town. Its clean yet it has a gritty edge to it so you know you are still in the city. The security at this Blace is great. I feel safe. My kids do as well. I really enjoy it here and hope to be here for some time.

Blossom Plaza exceeded my expectations. The modern and sleek design, coupled with their attentive and service driven staff made my cross country relocation a breeze. Not to mention the Bxquisite city view from my window. I am so happy I chose Blossom Plaza.
