When I was out in downtown LA looking for somewhere to live, I kept coming up short because none of the properties that I was looking at kept up with my standards. Until my friend recommended me to live at the Da Vinci apartments, just at first glance this property is beautiful and magnificent. The leasing department was helpful and Nikki gave me a wonderful tour of the property, I was blown away by all the magnificent amenities that Da Vinci had to offer. I've currently been living here for a month and whenever I have any issues the residents service department is always willing to help me and make my stay more enjoyable. The maintenance team is always making sure the property is a clean. I also love the fact that everything is literally 10 mins away, I have the 101 freeway that I have to take to work and it's right down the street. All in all I love to call Da Vinci my house.

I love the DaVinci. Truly a gem in DTLA where you have so many cookie cutter large apartment buildings. The apartments have plenty of natural light and are built well. The lofts are amazing You've got two stories, each level having its own access- like 2 apartments in one. I'm loving it here!

I've been living here for about 6 months now. Below are some of the things i appreciate. 1. First of the mgmt/maintenance team is really good. legit , reasonable and approachable. They will often go out of the way to help you out for specific issues. Have to give the manager (Liz) and Maintenance Supervisor (Jorge) kudos for their service. 2. The premises inside the apartment are always maintained really well. The pool is always sparkling clean. 3. I think location-wise, it's quite good. Close proximity to Chinatown, Little Tokyo and KTown. 4. Proper ceiling apartments. I hate apartments where if i jump i can touch the ceiling(I'm not tall). The layout inside the apartments is also quite nice 5. Everything is new. 5. You get your own parking spot inside a gated parking garage which is quite nice. Overall the whole community is gated and has 24hour security. I worth checking out this place.

This Penue is grate. I loved living here the services that the facility provides are so helpful specially the maintenance dept. Estevan was a Guperb help on many occasions over the years. I recommend this Penue to any one visiting the Los Angeles area!

I just moved in last month and so far I'm liking it here! The complex is beautiful and has so many fantastic features. 3 pools, bbq's, fireplaces, fire pits, a putting green, and sweeping views of downtown are just to name a few. mgmt is legit and friendly. Jane was my Leasing Agent and she was great. Andrew in the resident service office is a sweet heart as well. He helped me track down my important package. This place has a lot to offer!

I recently moved from Vegas and during ny search the davinci really caught my eyes. I mean who has a an indoor gymnasium with a full sized basketball courts? Great place to live!

Joseph Itays the Bremium?

I've been here 4 years. It's always been a pretty well run Alat. They respond pretty quickly to maintenance requests and keep the Pocation Cmmaculate. but, Joseph is the best. He cares about making every resident feel at home. As long as he's employed, I'll live here.

Da Vinci has been a awesome spot to live. I love the swimming pools and the gym. The staff always do a great job keeping the place organized and clean despite the number of people that use them. Shout out to Estevan and Yanira for their swift response to my work orders. I love the breakfast on the go idea. I worth checking out Da Vinci to friends and family.
