I love this place. I am super happy with my decision to move here. The property is well maintained and clean. There is always someone cleaning, repairing and painting to keep the building looking sharp! Even the parking lots are clean. The Leasing Staff is always available to answer questions and are quick to acknowledge me with a smile. I really like the fact that there is another office, Resident Services, and the staff there is focused on Resident issues and have Resident events like movies, parties, food trucks etc. if you want everything in one place, The Da Vinci is it. All of the amenities are sate of the art and there is even an indoor basketball court. If your looking at moving to Downtown LA check this place out. Shout out to Geoff my Leasing Agent who made the the whole application and move in process smooth.

Overall great property to live at. Second place I've lived in, in Los Angeles and very happy with my move. Fairly large property with many amenities you should take advantage of, such as pool, barbecue area and a gym (highly convenient!!!) Anthony Sandoval is the leasing agent I dealt with there. Anthony is a great person to interact with at the DaVinci offices( my friend referred me to speak with him) He always a smile and positive attitude. Anthony not only delivered amazing customer service but was very detailed and informative about the property, apartment floor plans and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend my friends to speak with him when they seek a new place to live as well.

The da Vinci is an amazing place to live. The staff is awesome and the amenities are great! I recommend this place for everyone.

I love living here!! All the staff are super friendly and helpful!!! The property is always super clean and spotless!! The maintenance team is always there to help me whenever something is wrong in my unit. The resident service department always makes paying rent super efficient. All in all I love living here and would recommend Da Vinci for everyone.

I recently moved from Vegas and during ny search the davinci really caught my eyes. I mean who has a an indoor gymnasium with a full sized basketball courts? Great place to live!

The Da Vinci Apartments is a beautiful property with very friendly staff. The Resident Services Office and the Leasing Office is very helpful. They have movie nights on Thursday at the Theater Room and Resident events. Highly recommend this place to live! :)

I've been here for over a year and just renewed my lease for another year. Although I'm not too fond of the tandem parking situation for my 2 bedroom, everything else has been great here. The staff is friendly, they have great amenities and maintenance is on point. I highly recommend.

I recently renewed my lease at The Da Vinci and I have no regrets! Da Vinci is located in a great place in dtla. Everything is so near to this apartment complex. Management is great. Jocelyn helped me with parking and I have had no issues. I always recommend Da Vinci to anyone looking for apartments in downtown.

I love the DaVinci. Truly a gem in DTLA where you have so many cookie cutter large apartment buildings. The apartments have plenty of natural light and are built very well. The lofts are amazing there are two stories, each level having its own access- like 2 apartments in one. I'm loving it here!

I just moved in and so I'm moving my place. Everything is new and never lived in before. I love how I'm close by the fire pits for late night relaxation and wine. The amenities are awesome. Thank you William for helping me.
