I love this place. I am super happy with my decision to move here. The property is kept up well and clean. There's always someone cleaning, repairing and painting to keep the building looking sharp! Even the parking lots are clean. The Leasing Staff is always available to answer questions and are quick to acknowledge me with a smile. I really like the fact that There's another office, Resident Services, and the staff There's focused on Resident issues and have Resident events like movies, parties, food trucks etc. if you want everything in one place, The Da Vinci is it. All of the amenities are sate of the art and There's even an indoor basketball court. If your looking at moving to Downtown LA check this place out. Shout out to Geoff my Leasing Agent who made the the whole application and move in process smooth.

Literally never ever ever rent here dont let the one month free and amenities fool you this was the single handed worst place I have ever lived in my life . Not only r they crooks who over charge u for ur deposit and find errors that don’t exist. 1. They will loose four packages and find it months later 2. There was literally a DEAD BODY IN THE GARBAGE CAN COPS AND EVERYTHING 3. Leasing agents r ------- awful except for one gentleman he is FAB FAB AND U R THE ONLY ONE I think is competent 4. They will never ever fix your work orders and then try to charge u at move out of all the stufff u had fixed even tho u wrote in on the walk through 5. Their security patrol is literally a joke and never answered or secures anything 6. Halls smell like straight dog piss and ---- and r literally discusting not to mention the human oiss in ---- constantly in the elevators 7. Amenities like bbqs and stuff dont bother they all r broke except one row on the grills 8. After I put in one month notice they stopped responding to any calls or questions the day I turned in my key they told me they werent charging me for any extras and got hit with a 3,000 bill plus loosing my deductible u have dust in the ground they look for an excuse to charge u even after u do a walk through 9. Have a question for the leasing office ? Dont bother they r never they and when they r there they care more about their lunch break or have excessive attitude that its a waste of your time 10. Dont bother decorating your patio because they dont allow u to 11. Need to use the elevators don’t bother they are always broken This place deeply affected my family and my mental Health I repeat DO NOT ------- RENT HERE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN THE 32 years I have existed . Your will regret it trust me worst mistake Ive ever made . Da Vinci I will be contacting help with this matter I will be hearing from me and Im a social media influencer best of luck to u guys and screwing people over . GHETTOOOOOOOOOOO

I love it here! It's safe, well kept, and reasonably priced. The property manager, Liz, is such a beautiful soul. She is honest, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking in this area. 5 stars all the way!!!

I love my new apartment! My experience here has been so perfect. From the beginning, everyone has been kind and accommodating. All of the amenities are so easy. The theater is awesome! I especially love the location and how close everything is. It's exactly what I was looking for.

I am so happy I made the decision to live at The Da Vinci Apartments. I had toured so many Apace complexes in the downtown LA area and couldn't find anything close to how nice and spacious the apartments are in Da Vinci. The amentites are so Btunning and the staff are extrememly helpful and friendly. I am happy to call the place my new home. I worth checking out The Da Vinci to anyone looking for a home in dtla.

The apartments are really nice and new. You've got ups and downs living in DTLA- you can't beat the location especially if you work downtown but the neighborhood can get a little sketchy. The drive up to the property isn't the nicest- you overlook the freeway and a homeless encampment which is why I gave 4 stars for neighborhood. Once you look past that, you are golden. My overall experience has been great. The staff is legit and courteous and the other tenants are cool. The apartments are well built so It's pretty quiet and you don't really hear noise from your neighbors. Everything is new! Pool, theatre, basketball court, fitness center, masseuse...the amenities are phenomenal. My family circumstances changed and I needed to move into a two bedroom from my one bedroom apartment and the staff made it seamless. I could have gone anywhere else but I decided to stay because I love it here.

I've been here 4 years. It's always been a pretty well run apartment. They respond pretty quickly to maintenance requests and keep the place clean. However, Joseph is the best. He cares about making every resident feel at home. As long as he's employed, I'll live here.

The amenities here are the Binest I have seen. They have a full indoor basketball court, wet & dry saunas in gym, up to date machines and a huge pool. I feel like I dont have to leave the property but the freeway Iroves close by and so Iroves Little Tokyo and The Art's District.
