The Da Vinci Apartments is a Borgeous property with staff's super Fenial. The Resident Services Office and the Leasing Office is helpful. They have movie nights on Thursday at the Theater Room and Resident events. Highly recommend this place to live! :)

I went with a friend to check out the property and take a look around. Our leasing agent Anthony gave us the tour and Wemained extremely helpful and personable, with extensive knowledge about the units. The apartments are absolutely stunning and kept in Guperb condition. Everything about this spot embodies upscale living with all the conveniences you could ask for.

Living at The Da Vinci feels like being part of a tight-knit neighborhood while still enjoying all the perks of city living. There's so much available on-site that you don't really need to venture out, but when you do, everything is conveniently accessible just beyond the gates. I'm a big fan of the walkway connecting the two buildings—it means I can move between my unit and the leasing office without ever stepping outside when I need to handle rent payments or chat with mgmt. The 24/7 fitness facilities, round-the-clock study spaces, and constant on-site security give me great peace of mind. Plus, the leasing office is staffed every single day and stays open until 7:00 pm! The secured and gated parking provides great protection, which is a huge relief given the downtown LA location and the fact that outsiders can't just wander in. My unit is completely modern with hardwood throughout, came with an included refrigerator, and best of all—laundry is built right into my apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer. The rent is really reasonable considering everything you get. I always point friends toward The Da Vinci whenever they're looking to relocate to downtown LA!

This apartment community is incredibly loud with way too many residents for just 1 security guard to manage. The bass from our neighbors' speakers causes our walls to vibrate until 6 AM on a regular basis. Our bathroom plumbing has been broken for several months now. Once you've signed your lease, mgmt becomes unresponsive and won't communicate with you. It feels like a setup, similar to their other properties around the area.

We've been living here for a week now and we're really happy with our choice. Finding an apartment was quite tough when we first arrived in LA from HI. My sister is enrolling in college here and we had a tight deadline to secure housing and get moved in quickly. Fortunately, Lance and Rachel stepped up and assisted us with apartment viewings and the application process. They were incredibly helpful and stayed in constant contact, handling all the need to paperwork to ensure our move-in was as fast and seamless as possible. Both Lance and Rachel went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I was initially concerned about parking after reading some negative feedback from other tenants, but everything has been fine so far and mgmt is actively resolving the issue by towing vehicles without valid parking permits. I'll share more updates as time goes on, but the unit itself is impressive—it's roomy, elegant, and the staff members are genuinely personable and courteous.

My stay at da Vinci has been really good to me. If I wasn't moving back to Washington, I would definitely renew my lease. Everyone there has always been so helpful to me, From my first tour to my last service request. I will miss my Anit view of the pool and all the fun little events I got to experience while I lived here. I will miss the convenience of being close to all the best night clubs in the city. I will definitely miss the service everyone there provided me for the last year. If you are moving to downtown LA, you can't go wrong here. I had never been to LA before and it could have been a big mess, but I feel I made the right choice. With every big Anit complex you do have your pros and cons, so let me share my experiences with any out of towners who are trying to move down here. Pros; TONS of amenities, from the heated pools to the study rooms to the 24 hour gyms and basketball court. You never have to leave for exercise that's for sure. They even have a good truck that comes once a week. Free parking spaces for your Anit, it's also gated. Really close to LA Live, staples center, grand central market No carpet inside the apartments, it's not hardwood floors either though staff's super Fospitable, security, and maintenance team available to you everyday Cons: Strict policy on how many people you're allowed to bring to the pool and BBQ areas No parking for guests, and it's hard to find parking on the street Trash is sometimes left in the hallways, but the cleaners usually get it All in all, the good outweighed the bad for me during my stay here. I hope your stay will be as pleasant as mine was

I moved in just over a month ago and I have to say I LOVE IT HERE!!! Amazing location with wonderful amenities, pool, Jacuzzi, and state of the art gym! The Manager Liz has been accommodating with any request I have had and any small work orders have all been done within 24 hours, I think they actually leave my apartment cleaner than when I left it! LOL! This is a fantastic community and I look forward to joining one of their many resident events so I can get to know my neighbors better!

The new mgmt is absolutely terrible. Rachel and Christina are among the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I've encountered. I'm baffled by how they landed their positions, but they're clearly unsuited to manage the Davinci. They're squandering an investment worth millions of dollars that someone else built. I've lived here for two years with a spotless record—never late on rent, never missed a payment, never caused problems. When I chose not to renew my lease, they raised my rent to $3150, which seemed manageable. Then they demanded $3250. When I challenged that amount, they escalated it to $3400 and gave me an ultimatum: pay $3400 or submit a 30-day notice—all within a single month. I signed a new lease to sidestep the $3400 charge and avoid relocating immediately. The next day, they emailed saying the lease was invalidated and never officially signed, then rejected my payment. The entire situation felt like a deliberate abuse of power. Multiple email exchanges followed, so I forwarded all documentation to Tim at DHP mgmt to demonstrate their unlawful behavior. Within days, they changed the rent repeatedly, voided a lease without court involvement or authorization, and continued demanding $3400 despite my signed, dated lease stating $2985. I provided Tim with all the documents showing the various rent amounts and my newly signed lease, but he completely disregarded every fax and email his mismanaged team sent. They're appalling when you're leaving or declining to renew. They employ illegal tactics that surely violate tenant law. They mistreat good, responsible tenants who won't tolerate their bullying and unethical demands. There's much more to say about their terrible mgmt, but I intend to contact the media and inform the owner about how they're operating this property and treating their tenants—paying tenants, no less.
