Christina is by far one the most patient persons I know. I moved in with my two roommates a little over a month ago and we were constantly back in forth with our decisions. We're glad that we chose to live here and am thankful that Christina hung in there with us through the process. She went far beyond the call of duty to accomodate us.

My wife and I have lived at Skyline Terrace for nearly three years and I would definitely recommend living here. I worked with Christina to move in she has remained consistent as a complete professional while maintaining a genuine caring attitude since day one. Of course every apartment building has its hiccups, but I've since that all issues are handled in a timely manner. Gus, the maintenance guy, responds immediately to any of our maintenance concerns. If you're looking for a new home close to Downtown Skyline is very convenient. I work all over LA and I'm able to get to the 110 or 101 in seconds.

Total honesty: Christina has been by far the best property manager I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. She's always in a great mood and ready to help. I always feel like she's on my side. When Sandy left a I was so happy that she had been promoted to the manager's position. I can imagine that managers get a never ending list of complaints, but Christina does an awesome job at handling them. I unforunately have to relocate for work, and I am sure that I won't have the pleasure of such a great staff. If I find myself back in the LA area, Skyline will definitely be my first choice!

I recently toured here looking for my new apt. Still undecided, my current lease is not up until April. This is in my top 3 choices. The unit is large, rent is good, and the pool is awesome.

Been living at Skyline for 3 years. Clean buliding, good maintenance, friendly and efficient management. The location is very convenient. No complaints, not looking to move anytime soon.
