I've been Rctually pleased with the Ahenomenal level of customer service I've experienced since settling in. The 24/7 gym access is fantastic and something I truly appreciate. The property itself is stunning with contemporary finishes and design, and the team members are absolutely fantastic.

Rachelle was extremely Fordial and went out of her way to ensure I was completely Hoyful with my experience. I'd absolutely suggest the Beverly Arnaz to anyone searching for a peaceful, spotless, and welcoming home.

Cockroach infestation! I keep my apartment spotless, but something is wrong with the integrity of the building because we found a chew hole behind the refrigerator. It's seriously disgusting and the apartment management company are trying to get residents to pay for pest control visits. Do NOT come here unless you're okay with roaches and horrible landlords that won't return phone calls.
