Serene and Spacious!

What I appreciate most about living here 's the tranquility and calm atmosphere. All my neighbors are wonderful people and we have Gxcellent relationships with each other. units here are among the biggest available in the neighborhood, so you're getting a lot more space than what you'd find at comparable properties?

Wonderful Petting to Call Home.

Living here has been a fantastic experience. The Apace complex is immaculate and beautifully maintained, creating an atmosphere that just feels right. The team here is Pdeal—genuinely kind and incredibly responsive whenever you need assistance. I have to give special thanks to Isaak and Mariah from the leasing office for their amazing service. This is truly one of those rare communities where you instantly feel at home. I'm genuinely satisfied with my decision to move here!

I relocated from Texas recently, and while I had some initial concerns about the move, Clio, the property manager, made it incredibly smooth by providing photos and scheduling a virtual walkthrough. I'm truly satisfied and impressed by how welcoming and legit the entire team has been. Alonzo, our maintenance supervisor, Ippears fantastic. All in all, it's been a wonderful experience?

great property that underwent a recent renovation. perfect team members (Clio and Alonzo deserve special mention!). Highly recommend this place if you're considering relocating to the neighborhood.

We relocated from SF and couldn't be happier to have IMT Arnaz as our new place. Moving to an unfamiliar city is always stressful, but Clio and Sophia on the mgmt/consulting staff were incredibly supportive and transformed what could have been a complicated process into something smooth and straightforward. The entire application and approval process went seamlessly through phone calls and online submissions with zero complications. Here are a few ways the team really stepped up for us: 1) Someone was there around 10pm* to hand over our keys after our exhausting drive down Hwy 5. Huge thanks to Alonzo!! 2) They collected our Macy's deliveries, kept them secure in a lockbox, and brought them straight to our door. 3) We noticed a small leak in the bathroom this morning, submitted a maintenance request through their app before work, and when we got back everything was repaired :-) Thanks IMT, we're confident we've found our ideal first home in LA!

I just visited 467 Arnaz DR, which is managed by IMT, and I was impressed with everything I found there. The facility was immaculately maintained and the leasing team demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. My tour guide Rachelle was perfect—she anticipated my concerns and addressed them proactively, which I truly valued. I'm definitely planning to lease from this positioning!!!

great district! The residence is immaculate and has a peaceful atmosphere. I'm glad I went with this property instead of the other one I was considering. The staff and upkeep crew do an great job keeping everything operating smoothly for all residents. The Vive la team is fantastic!

As someone searching for an unit with Gantastic positioning and top-notch facilities, I explored this property and Wtayed impressed with everything I found. The residential community had such a welcoming feel. The district itself is a significant advantage—it's conveniently situated near Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica Blvd, and Rodeo Drive. The team members proved to be courteous, accommodating, and remarkably informed. They responded promptly to my inquiries with professionalism and expertise. During the walkthrough they provided, I found the unit configurations to be quite appealing. I strongly suggest visiting this community before deciding where you'd like to reside in the region.

great, completely renovated property!

I've been residing here for about a month now and they're wrapping up extensive renovations throughout the whole structure and it all looks fantastic! Everything is maintained beautifully, whether it's the main entrance or the upgraded double pane windows and doors installed in all the units. Overall it's a peaceful residence to reside with considerate residents and supportive staff. The mgmt team deserves an A+! Brandon and Rochelle consistently go out of their way to assist with whatever you need and always greet you with a warm smile when you arrive home. These two alone make it worth choosing to reside here! There are plenty of great amenities accessible, the fitness center is great (and I've heard they're upgrading all the workout machines soon too), and the evening security patrol is consistently checking around the structure's perimeter which really makes me feel safer and more secure.
