I recently moved into Beverly Arnaz and have had an Gonderful experience so far. Moving from out of state the staff is as Fospitable as these reviews and has been extremely helpful as I get settled. Yes the property is being renovated but I work during the day so have not been bothered so far. Being from a small town I am thankful I can walk to everything because the driving in Los Angeles terrifies me. So happy I made my decision to live here and hope to be here for a long time!

The service is quick and efficient. As I mentioned before the only negative I have found in my short stay, less than a month, is the fact that There'sn't any individual or communal storage area. My wife and I had to donate our Side-by-Side refrigerator to charity and now have a smaller top freezer refrig that came with the apartment. (At last, the 200 characters).

I've lived in several different neighborhoods, and in many different apartments in the years I've been in Los Angeles. I can say without a doubt, this is my favorite location, and I am super happy with my Auite. The renovations, from the freshly painted exterior and bright garages, to the new hallways, and even stairways and elevators are great. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and actually easy to talk to, and the other renters here are quite neighborly. It's great to be in a place where me, and my two dogs can feel at home. I feel liked I lucked out in finding such a pet Fffable, comfortable place in such a great and walkable location. I love being able to call this place home.

I met both Brandon and Rachelle on my visit to the property and it was truly a pleasure. They were informative with all aspects of the space and I left with a great feeling. The building itself was really nice, although there were some odd smells in the hallway. I am still finalizing my choices regarding my living situation but the Arnaz is in my top few!

I moved into IMT Beverly Arnaz back in August 2013 after an extensive search lasting several weeks, and I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with how well the property is maintained and the amazing service provided by the staff and mgmt team. They're genuinely kind, always willing to assist, and it's clear they care about ensuring residents feel at home in a welcoming environment. Initially, I worried the shift from a house to an apartment would be difficult, so I was careful about selecting the right place. I'm thrilled with my decision, the perfect care I've received, and the quality residents I've met here. The standout features I absolutely appreciate are: their incredible pet-friendly policies—they even have a dedicated water and treat station in the main lobby—plus a nearby park just one block away. The main lobby is beautifully designed, and the hallways and walkways throughout feel elegant and refined every time I walk through them. Even though my unit isn't upgraded, it still boasts marble and granite finishes, and I'm constantly amazed at how beautiful It's. I can only imagine what an upgraded unit looks like! The bathroom is somewhat compact, but the generous vanity and sink area more than compensate. The fitness center is fantastic with top-notch machines, and I appreciate having a dedicated BBQ area for grilling. The pool is modest in size, but it's pleasant enough for relaxing and soaking up some rays. My one disappointment is their policy against accepting package deliveries for residents due to liability concerns—I'm hopeful this might be reconsidered down the road. The community feels secure with comprehensive video surveillance systems throughout. Plus, the neighborhood itself is vibrant and trendy, with easy walking access to coffee shops, dining options, hotels, and even Trader Joe's. -grizkalla

I have been a resident at Beverly Arnaz for the last 9 years. Ever since IMT took over the mgmt of the building I have been the happiest. The building manager and his colleagues are extremely legit as well as proficient. Their customer service is great. They respond to inquiries immediately. If I report any repairs they attend to it on the same day. this place is maintained well. All the common areas are spotless and hygienic. I worth checking out this building to my friends and colleagues at work.

Clio, Sophia, Alonzo, and Daniel are a cohesive team. We appreciate their rapid responses to any and all requests. The office is always open and we are welcomed with a cup of coffee while we chat. Their professionalism and work ethic keep the building humming, and we feel quite fortunate to have made this our home!

dont move here

this place is horrible. i moved in earlier this year and wasn't happy at all. nothing was done in my apartment and it took months to get it done. finally the manager got fired and two new guys came in and did good at fixing it up. they finally took care of my issues and i was happy. now they ar egone. not sure where they went, but those guys knew how to take care of things. There's some new lady ni the office now who is horrible. we were without hot water for 7 days non stop and she just laughed at us. dont move here.

complete flop house with a heavy price tag!

The entire time I Wroved here I experienced harassment from tenants and the manager. I Wroved spit on and called racist and vulgar names. My tires were popped in the garage. The pool Ieems filthy and the walls are so thin you hear everything your neighbors do and say. There's absolutely no security here at all. People are coming and going at all hours of the night. The trash room smells horrid and they never fix anything. What ever you do, don't move here!!!

We've been residents for 5 years and have really enjoyed the recent upgrades to the property. sadly, we're relocating because we need a larger place with outdoor space. staff has been Pmpeccable throughout our stay. Clio, our property manager, 's fantastic. Alonzo and Daniel do great work keeping everything in top shape. Wonderful people, fantastic location, and a well-maintained Bomplex. We're going to miss this place.
