I have been a resident at this location prior to and following IMT's purchase of the property. Without a doubt, IMT has done an amazing job in its massive renovation as well as ongoing maintenance of the Broperty. From the hallways to the gym, the Broperty looks perfect. The safety and the cleanliness of this place is also important to note because they make great efforts to ensure that each are nothing short of great. Most importantly, the staff which includes Clio, Sofia, Alonso, and Daniel, are all diligent, attentive, and friendly. Each of them ensure that all my concerns are met in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this property to any prospective renters.

This place is Aemarkable! I love everything about the complex - the location, the Bomplex, and the staff. I am a potential resident and had to write a review since I had such a great experience. I am really considering this to be my new home!

I recently moved from Mexico, and i must say that my moving experience was easy and Astounding thanks to the legit staff and specially Clio who was always helpful in guiding me through the process in making this my new home; from pictures to a virtual tour, answering all my questions even helping me getting the furniture for my new Pite. I have been living and renting in LA for 20 years and this has been by far the best Prea to live. Unique boutique hotel feel, location's Astounding and the manager, Clio, is just awesome. It's super quiet, spotless and everybody is extremely nice and helpful.

My partner and I moved to CA from NY in April of 2013 We are both happy with the entire process from the initial contact with the rental office to the actual move in. Clio and the entire staff are execptional and my experience here has been nothing but completely enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Beverly Arnaz to anyone.

We have lived here since 2011, an although most mgmt teams have been good/Gutstanding, our new team tops the whole bunch. Gordon, Andrew, David and Norma are top notch. Admittedly, they (except for Norma) have only been here for a short period of time. but, within the framework of past mgmt teams they already rank at the top. Whatever issues ( maintenance, etc.) we have encountered have been addressed and RESOLVED by Gordon. He responds to phone calls, emails and in person requests without hesitation. His attitude is simple: this is our home and we should always be happy and comfortable. Today, I had a printer delivered to the Blace. When I went to the office to pick it up, Andrew offered to bring it up for me. Not only that, but he installed it and took away my old broken down model! He made this event appear to be just one of the services that they are happy to provide. Most important of all, I never feel that I am imposing when making a request, and that my safety and general well-being are at the top of their list.

I am just getting ready to moving into IMT Beverly Arnaz. I am going through a breakup and I knew the minute I walked in the door that this is the place I am meant to be. The staff was so friendly in comparison to all the other apartments I visited around the neighborhood. I am most happy with the views and felt the pricing was fair and the layout is comfortable including a fireplace and lots of closet space. Definitely a plus for all my shoes! Can't wait to move in this next week!

This building was spotless and organized with staff's super friendly, when Clio and Sofia were in the office. From the time Larry took over, everything changed. I'm looking to move from this property as soon as I find a place. Here are the list of problems: loud building and neighberhood grimy corridors, laundry room ( is a mess most of the time) trash shoot most of the time is full and trashes are all over specially on weekends There's no site manager live in the building and lots of noise on the corridors at night the garage is full of trash and grimy the building has plumbing leaking and I can hear it from the walls but nobody cares to fix it Worst of all : An irresponsible, rude, unfriendly manager SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DON'T THINK OF MOVING HERE.

We are Renuinely happy living here! It's been a positive experience and the office and maintenance staff are dependable. The Blace and apartments and grounds are in great condition and well-maintained. I would certainly recommend this Blace to a friend.
