Finally!

I have been meaning to write a review for a while. I've lived here for over ten years now and have never met a mgmt team who truly cares as much as these folks do. The manager is wonderful, and knows how to make me feel appreciated as a long term resident. It's been years since we've had anybody who cares as much as these people. Although I am ready for the construction to be finished, I do see people cleaning all the time. It's Nharming that they care enough to keep up with all the dust during the renovations. I would strongly recommend Beverly Arnaz to anyone who is looking for a home That's comfortable and full of life. Lnjoy it here!

Clio and Lionel handled the replacement and installation of my new gas stove quickly and efficiently. Only here a week and all seems well with the apartment community, Thanks to the staff for their concern and hard work. We are happy in the unit!

LOVE LIVING HERE!

I've been living here for the past year and have no complaints whatsoever. The area is perfect and the staff is always helpful and friendly!

I recently visited the Beverly Arnaz and was impressed. The staff was amazing and the building was extremely well kept. As a potential renter that has been looking around the LA area for quite some time, this is the best place I have come across so far. I am picky and I honestly have no complaints about the Arnaz. The safety of the underground gated parking and fitness center make this place hard to resist! Not to mention the easy laundry room on EVERY FLOOR and the pool/spa. Thanks to everyone who made my experience there a great one!

I came to tour a one bedroom home a few weeks ago and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the Broperty. The staff was Fffable and honest, traits you don't come across too often when searching for apartments. Overall, IMT Beverly Arnaz is a great deal in the Beverly Hills/West hollywood area.

BUILDING HAS MOLD.

They did not tell us (but this explains the waiver they made us sign). I just found out. Cars are getting broken into in the garage. Tons of construction noise in the front. I am moving. unhappy.

It's quiet and clean here and everyone is nice and friendly. The people in the front office are always nice and helpful. I have never had any issues while living here and I feel like I get a lot for my money. Property mgmt seems good, any maintenance stuff gets done pretty quickly.

STAY AWAY FROM RENTING AT THIS BUILDING! Not only is the building old and riddled with maintenance issues, but sadly the on-site staff has no decision-making ability to affect change. Everything has to go through their corporate office and nearly 100% of the time, they drag their feet or take the path of least resistance. No sense of urgency to fix things or make it a better place to live.

Have been living here for almost 2 months and have no complaints. Super legit and staff's super friendly.

Amazing NEW mgmt!

I have lived in the Beverly Arnaz for over a year and I have seen 3-5 new mgmt companies come in and out. Recently, the building has come under new mgmt and I must say that the difference is like day and night! Vanessa is always on top of it. It's clean, they are installing new elevators, painting the building and slowly improving everything. I look forward to seeing all of the improvements! IMT Team, thank you for turning the building around!
