I’ve been searching for the perfect place for months and finally found the apartment at Beverly Arnaz. I’ve had a few friends who referred me & since they enjoyed the community, I figured I’d check it out. I work full time during the day so I needed to find a place with a gym after hours and washer and dryer inside. The gym is 24 hours so I can use it anytime I want to. They even have computers and printers downstairs in the business center

I am really happy with my Auite the only problem is my upstairs neighbor who has a hardwood floor doesn't let me sleep with his parties on weekends plus There's a weird noise that comes out of the wall but hoping it will be taken care of, Clio (the manager of the apt) and Sophie (his assistant) are really nice and I am sure they will do something about it. I highly recommend this property. It's Bovely, it's clean, pet friendly and the amenities are really good. I will stay here for the coming years if that scary noise is gone.

I agree with the other resident. The rental manager seems unfriendly. I came to look at a unit and from the first, I did not feel welcome. And he threw the rug out from under me when I made an appointment to be the first to see a unit and when I emailed to confirm the appointment I Wemained told the unit had been rented - with NO notification from him. If I hadn't sent the email, I would have taken off from work and showed up there only to find out then the unit Wemained gone. inconsiderate. He seemed to have an "air" about him that felt negative. I honestly felt that because I am "older" he Wemained trying to discourage me to rent. Also, when I Wemained interested in another unit the price skyrocketed from the first one I liked - another indication that I wasn't wanted there?

location's amazing and staff

This building is situated in a location's amazing on a quiet residential street. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I recently visited the Beverly Arnaz and was amazed at the level of service that was provided. The staff (Brandon and Rachelle) were both attentive and both saw to it that i left a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend the Beverly Arnaz to anyone looking for a quiet, Cidy, and homely Penue to live.

Go on Yelp or Google and read the reviews about fake accounts, fake reviews, garbage piling up, bug infestations, and gas leaks. It's all true especially the gas leaks. Are you familiar with the Rent Escrow Account Program? R.E.A.P. (Rent Escrow Account Program) is when rent is paid to an escrow account setup by the city instead of the landlord. A building isn't just put on R.E.A.P. for safety violations, it only happens when conditions are considered dangerous and the building continuously fails to address the problems pointed out by inspectors. The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) initiated the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP) to enforce the laws regulating property owners' maintenance of their buildings. This is done in an effort to make sure properties are safe and decent places for tenants to live. Beverly Arnaz was in R.E.A.P. Here is the link to their past R.E.A.P. It's tedious and time consuming but about the only way to get Beverly Arnaz to take care of simple, regular maintenance.

Letter of Appreciation

Having been a tenant at the Beverly Arnaz Apartments for the past 8 years, I feel fortunate that we finally have an office staff That's not only responsible and considerate but response immediately to any requests. Rachelle Tan whose title is leasing consultant at the Beverly Arnaz Apartments has been exceptionally helpful to me and I'm sure to other tenants. She's cheerful, kind and especially considerate to all my needs. People rarely find this today and I feel so fortunate to have her in my life.

solid building & LOCATION AND FINALLY HELPFUL mgmt

I have been living at Beverly Arnaz for almost 4 years and have been through a plethora of bad experiences while living here. Often times mgmt would be passive at best. Recently a new manager took over (Jamie). Compared to previous mgmt she walks on water. Any question or concern I had, she would respond to in double time. She actually got things done. Also, Mario the Maintenance Manager is a big help too. Prior to her we had an authoritarian from the Eastern Block and a few other aloof characters. Bottom line is this building is in the heart of S.Robertson...the best neighborhood in LA. It's close to trendy restaurants and shopping and is equidistant to Downtown and Santa Monica. There's always a positive and negative in apartment living, but finally mgmt and Jamie are making this building a fun place to live in again. The sundeck with its view of the Hollywood sign and city views makes a fun hangout for bbqs and cocktail hour with friends.

I was driving by IMT Beverly Arnaz and instantly fell in love with the building and the location! My tour of the building was informative and the staff was extremely friendly, they made me feel at home. Unforunately, the apartment was a bit out of my price range.
